1. Doorway maintains a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that addresses all segments of Doorway’s manufacturing and installation process. The program’s objective is to maximize and monitor the quality of Doorway’s products and installations.

The quality initiative is being managed by Doorway’s Quality Assurance Supervisors and consists of:

a. Quality Assurance policies, procedures and practices for each product and operation.
b. Quality Inspection of the materials being supplied to Doorway by its vendors.
c. Multiple product inspections at Doorway from manufacturing through final installation.
d. Continuous training programs and monitoring the quality of installations being performed by all carpenters.
e. Independent field inspections by experienced Doorway Quality personnel.
3. The Quality Assurance Supervisors travel to different job sites throughout California to perform inspections, interact with carpenters, obtain feedback and prepare reports. The Quality Assurance Supervisors also interact with Job Superintendents to get on-site feedback on Doorway’s performance and quality of products and installations.
4. The Quality Assurance Supervisors have a direct reporting relationship to the General Manager.
5. The Doorway Quality Assurance goal is to continuously raise the quality standards of its products and installation and to exceed Doorway’s customer’s expectations.
